Organised by Sherborne Douzelage, the Sherborne Young Musicians’ Competition, which takes place in February, provides a platform for young instrumentalists and singers to perform to one another in a friendly atmosphere, albeit under the critical ear of a panel of judges! This short concert is an opportunity for the section winners to entertain a Festival audience in a relaxed lunchtime interlude.
